1.负责销售工作的日常支持，配合销售人员招投标文件的准备工作；
Support the daily work of sales, coordinate with sales of the bidding preparation;
2.负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理和保管工作;
Manage, organize, classify and storage the sales contracts and another documents
3.协助销售人员做好客户的接待和电话来访工作,在销售人员缺席时及时转告客户信息;
Assist sales of entertaining costumers and telephone visiting, pass on the message form costumers when sales absented;
4.销售动态情况的质询;
Questioning the sales trend;
5.负责收集、整理、归纳市场行情，以及新产品、替代品、客源等信息资料，提出分析报告;
Collect, organize and classify the marketing trend, new products, substitute goods and costumer source information, made analysis report;
6.参加与销售相关的各项培训；
Additional training cover general sales related issues
7.负责仓库的管理；
Manage the warehouse;
8.负责样品整理，货品盘点和SAP数据录入等；
Organize sample, stock-taking and entry SAP data;
9.样品日常管理维护，确保库存样品实物与系统保持一致；
Taking sample routine maintenance, ensure inventory records and perform stock consistent;
10.样品月度盘点，并汇总月度总结报告;
Monthly inventory check, collect monthly summary;
11.完成部门经理交代的其它工作。
Complete other works arranged by department manager.

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
Junior college and above;
2.少于一年工作经验；
Working experience less than 1 year;
3.具备基础英语读写能力；
Basic English skill in reading and writing;
4.熟练操作办公软件和办公自动化设备；
Good computer skills with Microsoft Office and automated equipment
5.有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；
Good team spirit and professional dedication;
6.具有良好的责任心和执行力；
Good Responsibility and execution,
7.抗压性好，稳定性好;
Good pressure resistance and stability;
8.较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力。
