职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Establish and maintain high level relationship with our Suppliers (SRM);
建立并维护与供应商的更紧密的关系
2. Manage and develop Supplier technical performance;
管理并开发供应商的工艺技术
3. Assess Supplier technical capabilities in areas of process control, quality systems, traceability and continuous improvement;
评估供应商在过程控制，质量体系，可追溯性管理以及持续改善方面的能力
4. Accountability for parts quality including quality incident resolution and supply security, and securing supplier’s day to day process/product compliance with Interplex quality levels;
负责零部件的质量问题处理并保证供应链的稳定，确保每天供应商的产品和制程能力能够满足安特公司的质量要求。
5. Assist Supplier’s Engineering in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to qualify production parts at Supplier, Quality Assurance on new project following APQP/PPAP activities;
协助供应商提交PPAP报告，确保新项目符合APQP/PPAP的品质保证要求
6. Support business strategy on cost reduction opportunities through process improvements, material changes and other optimizations and quality validation;
通过制程改善，材料变更或其他质量改善，来支持商务上的降本策略
7. Participate regular business and lead quality reviews with Supplier, representing Quality Management in these reviews;

8. Build collaborative relationships on multiple organizational levels, with managers, partners and peers from diverse backgrounds across functional lines in China region;

Qualifications任职资格:
1． Minimum 7 years working experience with at least 5 years in the field of engineering of supplier quality/development, quality and/or process (the fields could be like Industries of Automotive, Electronics, Material, Metallurgy and/or Machining);
至少7年以上工作经验，在供应商质量管理/开发工程师职位上至少5年以上工作经验，行业背景为：汽车、电子、金属材料、冶金或机加工行业。
2. Management system knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and/or OHSAS 18001;
具备IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001等管理体系知识
3. Enough experience about APQP/PPAP;
    拥有APQP/PPAP经验
4. Deep understand in 8D, SPC & FMEA for manufacturing methodologies;
    对8D，SPC&FMEA有深入的了解，熟悉制造行业工作方法
5. Strong quality continue improvement skill, have lean experience is better;
    拥有较强的质量持续改善能力，最好有相关经验
6. Familiar with material and technology: steel, welding, machining, surface treatment; die-casting, heat treatment and/or painting;
    熟悉材料方面的技术知识：金属材料，焊接，机加工，表面处理，压铸，热处理，电镀
7. Suit for frequent business travel;
    能够适应频繁的出差
Education & Trainings教育及培训:
1. Bachelor Degree (or above) qualified in Material/mechanical Engineering;
材料或机械工程学本科学历及以上
2. CQE/CQM is preferred, 6-Sigma GB/BB as a plus.
CQE/CQM经验优先，六西格玛绿带/黑带资格优先
