职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements and executes against the naked vision, mission and objectives. Additionally, monitors related activities to ensure department is achieving its objectives
2. Designs, develops, and implements internal auditing policy and procedures within the organization
3. Directs the development of the risk based audit plan and manages all aspects of the audit process. In addition, works to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process.
4. Manage department to execute against the department’s Project Plan, provide assurance over, make recommendations, report results and develop mutually agreed upon findings and corrective actions for continuous improvement of financial, operational, regulatory and other business processes and internal controls. This includes the assessment of the adequacy of internal controls over financial reporting
5. Facilitates Enterprise Risk Management and Measurement Process by working with management to ensure key business risks have been identified, internal controls exist to mitigate risks
6. Leads audit related due diligence activities on any potential mergers or acquisitions.
7. Develops, sustains and enhances relationships with the management team to act as a consultant for the improvement of processes and internal controls. Leads Sarbanes Oxley compliance efforts.
8. Participates in special projects, which may include acquisition due diligence, accounting research, investigations and other assignments as directed by the Audit Committee

Competencies:
1. Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes
2. Possession of professional qualifications such as CPA/CIA or equivalent
3. Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, GASB. Ability to understand and apply state laws, regulations and federal compliance requirements.
4. Not less than 10 years' internal and/or external audit experience work experience gained from large corporations and or/ Big 4 CPA firms
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills; Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
6. High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Good personal skills and can handle different stakeholders’ requirements
