Job Purpose:

This primary responsibility of this role is assistance of facility service to our school in NACIS.

These facility services will include but not limited Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping &Indoor plant, School bus, School Event Support, Building Heathy and Safety management, Facility service hot line and other school facility service.

Reporting Relationships:

The role reports directly to the Facility Supervisor.

Accountabilities:

? Cleaning Service Management: School routine cleaning; Pest control management.

? Indoor plant and outside landscaping service Management: Plant Care & Disease inspection and treatment;

? Site facility Maintenance: Coordinate with handyman, suppliers and service providers for Maintenance of furniture, small equipment and soft drink machines, Air-condition, electricity, plumbing and other task which required by teachers.

? Health & Safety: ensure all school activities meet at H&S regulation and led efforts to reduce the safety and health incidents,

? Support school event

? Document management.

? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

? Good oral and written English language skills

? Good communication skill with staff

? Good Excel and Word, PPT skills

? Good time management skills

? Strong interpersonal skills

? The ability to work independently

? Active working attitude

? Willing to work overtime if it is required

? Relevant administration or operation experience preferred

? Mandarin- Fluent oral and written
