本职位需要长期外派在江浙沪一带工厂。

 

1. This position is responsible for daily quality control during the whole production including product development, all stages of sample checking, pre-production meetings, random inline inspection and pre, final inspection.本职位负责生产过程中日常质量管理，包括产品开发、样品检验、产前会议、产前样、大货质量检验。

2. Assist factories in case of urgent technical problems or problems with set up协助工厂处理技术上的紧急问题

3. Carry out frequent performance audit of factories with our internal technical team根据技术部门的要求对工厂的生产能力进行监督审计

4. Claim following up and statistical analysis索赔跟进和统计分析

5. Attend production meetings with all technical staff, QC’s and merchandiser in order to discuss problems during or before production, claims, and production schedules.参加与所有技术人员，质检人员和采购人员的生产会议，讨论生产，索赔和生产计划期间或之前的问题。

Job requirements职位要求

1. Fluent English (written and spoken).英语读写流利

2. At least 8 years experience in similar position.8年以上工作经验

3. Strong knowledge in garment development, garment construction and sewing technique (high quality ladies garments).具有丰富的成衣开发，服装结构和高档女装的缝纫技术等相关知识。

4. Basic knowledge in fabric construction, weaving and fabric finishing, garment washing procedures and pattern construction and grading.对面料的结构、制作、洗涤、分级等基本知识。

5. Basic knowledge selecting suitable interlining according to the optic and hand feel of shell fabrics.根据面料的手感和手感选择合适的衬布。

6. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).基本的电脑操作能力，熟悉办公软件
