职位描述：
职位描述
1. 负责零售贷款的贷后管理日常工作，包括合同结清、保险理赔、客户换卡、扣款卡银行授权、贷后文档整理与归档等任务
2. 通过有效管理模式，定期稽核贷后管理团队成员的工作进度，负责团队管理与培养
3. 负责协助制定贷后管理的相关管理制度，协助定期完善优化贷后管理流程
4. 配合信息技术部的项目管理，制定贷后管理团队的系统需求及测试方案
5. 负责协助贷后数据的收集及分析
6. 协助上级完成其他工作

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、营销管理等相关专业优先
2. 3年及以上汽车金融或银行信用卡中心贷后管理工作经验；1年及以上团队管理经验
3. 熟悉汽车金融行业零售业务相关知识，国家相关法律、法规和政策
4. 良好的团队管理能力、团队合作能力
