Job Overview:
Responsible for maintaining and assisting the development of business processes related to Production Planning and forecasting. He/She generates the monthly reports used in the S&OP process, and ensures that departments such as Sales Planning and Customer Service execute the demand planningrelated processes required of them. He/She participates in the implementation and improvement of S&OP process.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Demand Planners to ensure proper maintenance and continuous improvement of the rolling forecast in SAP system. Assists the Operations Manager and Senior Planning & Logistics Manager to continuously improve forecasting accuracy, methodology and approach.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Sales, Logistics Purchasing, and Production to facilitate demand and supply planning. Chair Guangzhou regular weekly Demand meeting to review forecast updates, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, out-stock products, production plan(next 2 weeks), and coordinate with cross functions for follow-up actions identified from the meetings.
3. Participate in implementing and improving the monthly S&OP Demand and Supply meetings. Prepare, report, and communicate forecast (and inventory) measurements and access feedback from Sales, Finance, Customer Service, MRP, Operation and Logistics. Coordinate with cross functions for follow-up actions identified from the meetings.
4. Prepare, maintain and review relevant reports pertaining to demand & production planning process including order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, etc.

Position Requirement:
Good communication in a cross-functional team and problem solving skills
Analytical abilities and collaborative skills
Experience in using SAP or other ERP software packages
Focusing on accuracy and detail oriented

Experience:
About 8 years experience in Commercial Business, Demand Planning or Supply Chain
Knowledge of Demand & Production Planning/forecasting tools & processes, inventory management.
Experience with MRP and ERP demand planning functionality is preferred
