职位描述：
Duties of the Marketing Assistant include:
? Assisting the head of marketing and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
? Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.
? Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets.
? Prepares documents and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
? Providing support for marketing events and tradeshows as required.
? Creating and publishing social media contents and promotional material for the company.
? Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
? Managing photo shoots, bookings, and vendors.


Requirements of the role
? A degree in marketing (not essential but an advantage)
? Effective project management skills
? Sound understanding of marketing principles
? Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
? Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
? Strong administration and organizational skills.
? Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
? Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
? Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
? Great communication and people skills
? At least 1 year of previous work experience in a marketing role
