职位描述：
1. Manage material incoming process and product quality to ensure products meet requirements of customer.
来料和产品出库质量把控
2. Lead supplier quality assessment and improvement with sourcing engineer’s support, monitor supplier quality performance with regular report, and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements to reduce supplier defects and close the problems.
供应商质量评估及采购等部门工作的支持
3. Responsible for customer complaints and quality issues solving, lead customer quality performance management in order to achieve key customer satisfaction.
客户抱怨投诉质量问题解决建立产品可靠性测试计划，根据公司以及行业标准执行测试
4. Responsible for new project and product & process change quality guarantee, assure new project and product & process change flawless launch.
负责新项目和产品及工艺的变更质量保证，确保新项目和产品的更新
5.Setup and maintain quality system and procedures, calibrate the measurement devices to ensure all devices are used within period of validity and correct method.
制定维护质量体系和流程
6. Responsible for internal and external quality audit.
负责内外质量审核；参与行业机构等会议
7. Support Sourcing works and other tasks assigned by leader.
支持采购工作以及领导安排的其他工作。

Qualifications:
1. University degree or higher technical education in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical, material science, engineering, etc.
全日制大学本科相关机械、机电、材料或工程学背景，具同行业经验可适当放宽。
2.minimum 3 years experience in similar role in manufacturing company. Experience in metal stamping industry is preferred
3年以上制造业同岗位经验，具金属冲压行业经验优先
3. Be familiar with inspection methods and ISO9001 System.
熟悉检验规程及9001体系
4. Strong communication skills.
较强的沟通能力
5. Be good at in spoken and written English.
熟悉英语环境下工作
