岗位职责:
工作职责
1) 负责设计相应的游戏系统规则；
2) 了解游戏行业发展走向，分析自身及竞争对手及行业情况，及时调整竞争策略；
3) 产品方向——休闲海外；

任职资格:
1) 参与过至少一款上线游戏的策划工作；
2) 酷爱游戏，3年以上游戏经验，并熟悉各种类型产品。熟悉玩家心理，具备优秀的市场分析能力，对各类用户群体的游戏需求都有较深入、长远的分析与见解；
3) 熟练使用各类游戏策划设计所需的办公软件、具备优秀的口头和书面功底，并有良好、严谨、深入的逻辑思维以及游戏逻辑设计能力；
