职位描述：
look after one of the biggest and most exciting affiliate programs in the world. This role will focus on the Greater China market, so we're looking for someone with great relationships and knowledge of the region.
Your time will be spent mostly researching, speaking to and building relationships with affiliates in the region. You'll need to have good contacts and knowledge of how to drive CPA based sales, as well as how to help publishers optimize their earnings.
Key responsibilities are:
- Managing all aspects of the affiliate campaigns & ensuring clients are satisfied
- Keep high levels of communication with both clients and affiliates
- Ensure good account management & affiliate best practices are being delivered effectively at all times
- Drive revenue in key growth areas
- Weekly / Monthly Reporting & analysis
- Supporting any new business initiatives
Key skills required are:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken. Cantonese an advantage but not required
- Excel & analytical abilities
- Affiliate marketing experience of at least 2-3 years
- Proven ability to drive strong affiliate marketing program results
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and juggle effectively
