职位描述：

The AM E&I, Process Controls shall manage all E&I maintenance activities on the Singapore site and ensure that safety goals, project timelines, and budgets are met.
Conform to the quality and food safety requirement by the company

(a) Setup and manage systems to capitalize on condition based monitoring to achieve maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

(b) Develop a detailed planned maintenance and mechanical integrity programme for all E&I maintenance aspects for the site to ensure procedures for the site in accordance with Tate & Lyle standards.

(f) Track and review E&I maintenance budgets vs. expenditure

(g) Project planning and engineering support with constant synchronization of schedules between Operations and Maintenance.

(h)Prioritize between project activities and non- schedule repair/upgrading works.

(i) Report to management on project progress, budget status, issues and plans.

 (j) Work with E&I technicians to ensure Reliability, PM schedules, resource allocation goals are met. Direct the E&I Coordinator to ensure all planned and un-planned work gets prioritized, carried out and closed.

(k) Setup and manage cost reduction programs in E&I/Process Controls in collaboration with the Mechanical and Process engineers.


Plant Shutdown
a. Orchestrate a successful plant shutdown and start up together with E&I coordinator, Operations, Engineering teams and contractors.

Contractor management
a.Manage work to be carried out by contractors, assess quality of work and ensure all jobs are carried out satisfactorily.
b.Assess contractor capabilities before and during project execution. Non performing/unsafe contractors shall be reviewed for expulsion from site.
c Work with Purchasing to develop and manage service contracts
d Manage site inspections; toolbox meetings with contractors and maintain safety
dialogue with contractors to provide 2 way safety experience sharing.
e Coordinate and conduct audits on quality of contractor maintenance work


Permitting
a.Act as the liaison for permitting activities and submissions for statutory approvals on all Electrical installations requiring statutory installations and construction related activities with the company.
b.Ensure documentations in relation to these activities are done in accordance to the laws, and proper filing and archiving are done for them.

Training/Staff development
a.Assist in training of contractors on company’s requirements on safety, procedures and work practices.
？Participate in the company’s safety, environment and food safety programmes/activities/audit arranged by the company
？May assist in other areas or perform duties as required
