职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle payments of both local & foreign currency to suppliers & staff
2. Maintain daily payment report on shared folder for payment requestors to check payment completion
3. Provide payment proofs per special requests
4. Send a daily income report to AR Accountant and Order Processing team
5. Make declaration for foreign currency income & notification of all income to concerned parties
6. Prepare for documents and list of documents (especially for FX non-trade payments) required by bank
7. Cash book update
8. Prepare for weekly cash forecast report to group
9. Get bank slips from bank & assist in bank reconciliation
10. Review all travel expense reports and check the violation of policies and invoices accuracy
11. Book travel expenses and arrange payment
12. Lead voucher & docs filing
13. Renew of loan card annually
14. Non-often bank transactions required by business, such as L/C, performance bond etc.
15. Collect the export sales declaration sheets and input Exemption, Credit and Refund data into tax system monthly
16. Make change and innovation on job to improve the performance
17. Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Key Capabilities and Requirements:
1. Financial/Accounting Bachelor degree and above
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in accounting and finance
3. Good communication
4. Attentive and diligent doer
5. Proactive, results-oriented team player and willing to work with various teams
6. High standards of personal integrity
7. Quick learner and keen to learn Ability to work independently and under pressure
8. Good at both oral and written English
9. Good skill at Excel
10. ERP use experience preferred
