职位描述：

Job Description:

Source develop and evaluate potential supplier;

Responsible for Supplier Management;

Cost control and quality monitor;

Focus on quality / on-time delivery and price efficiency;

Collect and finalize procurement list and prepare procurement plan;
Develop and finalize procurement working procedure;
Prepare RFQ documents;
Prepare contract documents;
Organize bidding/tendering work including: bid evaluation, technical clarification, commercial clarification, contract negotiation etc.
Be responsible of tacking and adjustment of procurement schedule;
Follow up and support the execution of contracts.

Job Requirements:

2+ years experience in electronic industry \consumer industry and medical industry;
Familiar with software: word, excel, etc;
Can communicate in English;
Ability to work independently;
Excellent team-work spirit ;
