Altium is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, Field Applications Engineer with a focus on TASKING products to generate revenue growth within the TASKING Greater China sales territory by providing technical assistance to Account Managers and designated end-user customers. The expected end result is to exceed revenue objectives as set by Altium.

Job Responsibilities:

? Accompany Account Managers on sales appointments and/or conference calls
? 陪同销售经理拜访客户或者与客户的电话会议
? Perform pre-sales software development, demonstrations and consulting work with a pre-sales focus (demos, benchmarking, high-level customer design assistance, initial environment set-up, integration, development, etc.)
? 以售前为重点进行软件的开发演示和咨询,还包括:演示、基准测试、高级客户软件支持、初始环境设置、集成、开发等
? Provide technical support and execute technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, seminars and workshops

? Assist sales and marketing in technical development of programs, materials and sales strategy
? 在技术开发项目、技术资料和销售策略上协助销售和市场部门
? Support proposals and Statement of Work (SOW) efforts

? Establish and manage technical relationships with customers, partners and industry leaders

? Expand region’s pipeline within targeted accounts and serve as a technical expert for strategic accounts, assigned territories, and corporate initiatives

? Co-develop training materials and sales programs and their content, from a technical perspective.

? Provide post sales technical support, training, consulting and implementation services as required for designated TASKING accounts

? Provide second level support and training for new FAE’s and AE’s as needed

? Discover, reproduce and document software improvements and enhancement requests and act as the primary liaison between customers and development team

Job Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics or Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Master’s degree preferred

? 2 + years of sales support and / or engineering experience in technology software sales serving the automotive industry is desired
