Responsbility
Purchasing Engineer Role
1. Responsible for purchasing the required materials subject to the Purchasing Application Lists and making timely feedbacks on the purchasing information.
2. Responsible for recording the performances of the suppliers.
3. Responsible for preparing the regularly of material purchased price VS quoted price, and feedback to the sourcing department.
4. Communicate relevant requirements on the environmental controls with relevant parties, and control relevant parties for ensuring such relevant parties to carry out the environmental managing requirements in relation to the suppliers.
5. Liable for the punctualities and accuracies of the purchased articles.
6. Liable for the accuracies of the performance information on the suppliers.
7. Responsible for other work designated by the superior manager(s).
SQE Role
1. Conduct new supplier assessment and audit. Ensure supplier assessment/audit report is in place on time. Work with suppler for corrective action and ensure they are documented and closed after verification.
2. Early involve supplier development for new project, responsible for monitoring and controlling supplier, ensure supplier readiness for new project, including technical requirement of component is completely understood by supplier, supplier control plan, SPC, FMEA are in place. Support supplier whenever there is a need.
3. Through PPAP process, approve supplier’s prototype sample, ensure all technical requirements are completely met. For any nonconformance, responsible for supplier improvement and ensure improvement is sufficient.
4. Responsible releasing PSW to sub supplier once part is approved. Conduct periodic supplier audit and ensure supplier corrective/improvement action is in place and sufficient.
5. Whenever there is supplier quality issue/excursion escalated, work with supplier and internal teams, through 8D process, quickly and effectively identify root cause and drive for resolution.
6. Coordinate with other departments, and make appropriate decision (waive, sorting, reworking, reject) for nonconforming material, and made decision on supplier financial obligation cost.
Job Requirement
Education Diploma:
Bachelor degree or above, Major in material processing, or relative mechanical major
Work Experience
At least 5 years working experience in purchasing or related position, must have the purchase experience in automotive industry
Have the experience in the quality work, familiar with PPAP system.
Knowledges & Skills
Management of raw material, financial basic knowledge, supplier management and other purchasing knowledge.
Be familiar with various office automation software and ERP system;
Have the training in quality management, familiar with VDA
Fluent English in oral and written
Personal Quality
Self-motivated sprit, strong responsibility;
Strong self-discipline, independent work and ability to withstand stress;
Strong judgments and priorities capacity, strong ability of communication and coordination, problem planning and result driven;
Has a strong will to learn about and/or assimilate new technology and knowledge;
Willing to attend internal training or outside training in new quality system and standard.
采购工程师职责：
1. 负责按请购单采购所需的物料并及时将采购信息反馈。
2. 负责记录供方业绩。
3. 定期做物料采购价与报价的比较与跟踪,并及时反馈至供应链开发部门。
4. 与相关方沟通本公司相关的环境管理方面的要求，对相关方进行控制以保证和供方有关的环境管理要求的贯彻落实。
5. 对所采购物品的及时性、正确性负责。
6. 对供货厂商表现信息正确性负责。
7. 对完成部门经理委派的其它工作负责。
供应商质量工程师职责：
8. 进行新供应商的评估分析，完成供应商的评估报告。和供应商一起完成更正分析保证。
9. 参与新项目的供应商开发，其中包括确保供应商的对于技术要求的理解，供应商的控制计划，SPC,FMEA.
10. 支持PPAP过程，批准供应商的试样，保证符合技术要求。对于不合格的问题，保证供应商提供足够的改善措施。
11. 当产品批准后， 负责签署PSW。 主持阶段性的供应商审核，并保证供应商提供更正措施。
12. 当供应商质量问题升级时，需要和供应商过一起通过8D报告来分析根本原因和解决措施。
13. 和其他部分一起对于不合格的供货做出正确的判断（特裁，分选，返工，退回），并对于由于供应商引起的分选和报废费用对供应商进行赔偿。
任职资格：
1. 教育背景：
材料，机械等相关专业大学本科或以上学历。
2. 工作经验：
五年以上相关工作经验，需要有汽车行业的采购经验。
有相关的质量管理工作经验，熟悉PPAP流程。
3. 知识技能：
掌握原材料，供应商管理等基础知识，有财务基本知识；
熟练使用各种办公自动化软件及ERP系统软件；
有质量管理的培训，了解VDA体系。
熟练使用英语。
4. 个人素质：
具备积极进取的精神，责任心强；
具有很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；
具有较强的判断与决策能力，交际能力，沟通能力，计划与执行能力；
具备领导团队的能力；
具备强烈的学习新技术新知识的能力，以及能够很快接受新的质量体系的培训。
