职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?To take responsibility of the studio modelling of designed exterior and interior clay models, with input from sketches by designers or verbal instructions.
?To take responsibility for the quality of the physical model in respect to surface quality and technical content.
?Together with the Designer and Studio Engineer agree status of the physical models.
?Deliver physical objects for development and verification of shape, colour and materials
Qualifications and experience:
?University Degree or equivalent experience
?Good skills in time Planning and Design Process.
?Strong in relationships, own development and good communication skills.
?General level of English spoken
?Good understanding of 3D form and surface materials
?Good knowledge in competitors set concerning quality levels
?Very good skills in physical clay modelling, at least 3 years’ experience
?Experience form various suppliers and their processes

?Judge timing for creation of physical models.
?High quality focus and awareness of customer expectations and complaints
?A high customer focus
?Understand how the shape of a part has implications on appearance.
?Understand design sketches and to translate the designer's intents into physical models.
?Understand and apply the requirement of the physical models regarding tolerances, surface quality and technical content.
