Job Description:
- Develop strategies to grow key accounts to contribute to Rexel IS growth objectives.
- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients in order to develop business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.
- Cultivate effective long-term relationships with Buyer and Key Customer personnel, at all levels of the organization.
- Coordinates the activities with Sourcing department, Quality department and Sales department to develop product specifications that meet customer needs. Specifications include cost, price, function, dimensions, appearance,quality and reliability levels.
- Drive process improvements, ensure timely delivery, prompt payment on invoicing, and work as a liaison between customer quality and company quality.
- Work to constantly improve fulfillment processes.
- Work closely with Global Rexel teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Perform monthly financial analysis
Job Requirement:
- 5 year and above B2B industrial products sales background, familiar with MRO preferred.
- Good sales performance experiences.
- Accept 60% and above business trip.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence, passion, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Ability to drive results without a great deal of direct supervision.
- BA/BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
