1. 负责掌握新品信息,新品卖点提炼
2. 分析竞品,总结新品差异化卖点
3. 新品详情页文案编写及页面线框规划
4. 天猫,官网活动页面文案编写及页面线框规划
5. 定期优化产品详情页及季节性产品卖点提炼
6. 利用互联网运营手段和社交化脉络,寻找并发现海量潜在用户和生态伙伴;维护相关自媒体,拓展其他社会化媒体平台;
7. 与KOL建立深度合作,共同建立和培育共赢的生态社区;协助做信息采编,编辑等相关工作,如微博、微信运营等;
8. 不断释放品牌影响力,将海量潜在用户成功转化实际用户;协助监测微博,负责行业热点新闻、信息的收集采编工作;责日常发布内容的素材搜集、内容策划、文案撰写;
9. 提升品牌各新媒体运营平台用户的活跃度,增加品牌的知名度和美誉度。
10. 与公司内部其他部门紧密合作,保证内部工作顺利完成
任职要求:
1.新闻、传播,中文等相关本科或以上学历,2年以上工作经验, 1年以上社会化媒体运营经验;有IT媒体编辑;新媒体领域销售、市场从业经验者优先;
2.对时尚潮流有自己的见解,有化妆品经验者优先
2.社会化媒体达人,互联网深度用户,精通社交媒体,熟悉SNS与微博、微信营销;活学活用;
3.具有创意发散及逻辑思考能力,擅长运用新锐手段,对新产品或活动进行推广和营销;
4.良好的语言表达能力,思维缜密、逻辑清晰、具备良好管理、协调与创新能力;
5.思想活跃、爱好广泛;工作态度认真负责。
6.英文流利,书写能力佳
ROLE & CONTEXT
Enhance the brand image with relevant marketing strategy and execution concerning the product category - Work closely with other departments (Product Manger, Media agency, influencers, Tmall, Global Distributers) to develop a solid 360 launch plan and to ensure an excellent implementation
MAIN TASKS
MARKET UNDERSTANDING AND ANALYSIS
a) Regular competitive analysis on competitors’ launches, activities, competitive offerings (claims, performance, etc.) and media clipping
b) Consumer understanding of target customers and their profile, needs/expectations to set the right communication
MARKETING STRATEGY
a) Launch Activities - Develop local launch plans with 360 support based on international new product calendar - Propose the right communication mix, according to each launch target - Closely monitor launch result, through retail sales and digital index (exposure, consumer voice, etc)
b) Regular portfolio management - Weekly and monthly report on marketing/product performance via sales and consumer analysis
DIGITAL MARKETING
a) Understanding the concept and influence of consumption upgrading in the new normal
b) Disucuss new thinking in daily chemical content strategy and brand markding strategy
c) Enhance effect of precise marketing utilizing SNS, Social, Influencers
MARKETING OPERATION
a) Media and Advertising - Work on the implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines - Prepare advertorial and POP materials with co-ordination with Distributers and designer, to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication
b) Promotional Activities - Design promotional plans based on marketing strategy and budgeting guidelines to maximize new launch impact - Monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Finance and Sales Dept.
NEED TO BE & SKILLS
QUILIFICATION & SKILL -At least above 2years related experience on marketing in the cosmetic industry - Excellent in English (Oral and Writing) - Strong communication in Mandarin and English - Analytical & Logical thinking skill - Problem solving skill - Person who loves cosmetic or fashion
