职位描述：
POSITION TITLE: Account Manager - Water Programs

DIVISION: Product Certification

BUSINESS UNIT: Water Programs

REPORTS TO: Unit Manager




BASIC PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing ongoing account management and customer service to clients and assisting in program business development in assigned program area.



Principal Accountabilities:

1. Manage assigned clients including coordination with all appropriate service areas ensuring accurate and timely project completion and delivery of superior customer service

2. Manage work orders for assigned clients and products from client request through completion.

3. Provide information regarding certification requirements and decisions to clients, accreditation representatives, auditors, and regulators as needed.

4. Responsible for meeting targets for expanding business opportunities with assigned clients based on established Key Client Strategies

5. Support business development team as needed, develop and follow-up on client quotations, etc.

6. Accountable for re-quotes and updating of project scope for new clients

7. Compile a list of options for failure resolution & issue to client

8. Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products.

9. Meet with clients (in office, tradeshows, or their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

10. Manage Key Clients relationships as assigned by Unit Manager



Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. High level of technical aptitude

3. A minimum of five (5) years relevant account/project management, technical or customer service experience

4. Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Chinese and English)

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

8. Willingness and ability to travel



Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific area of study

2. Experience in project management in a technical field is preferred

3. Familiarity with water purification industry and products
