3, to closely work with financial department for issues with tuition to check bank slip from parents

4, to handle the daily cash flow

5, monthly tuition statement
制作学费月报表
6, Fapiao release to parents
发票发放
7，Daily emails tuition related
查收回复每日学费相关邮件
8，Daily phone calls related to tuition
每日处理学费相关家长电话
9, to issue refunds according to refund policy;
根据退费规则处理退费
 
Admissions assistant
1, To provide a warm and welcoming personal service to all prospective parents and pupils. 接待潜在家庭，并提供真挚热情的服务.
2, greet walk-in parents.
问候进入办公室的家长，回答或引导家长.
3, Telephone and enquiry answering;
日常电话接听及回答家长咨询
4, Check student attendance;
每日学生出勤管理
5, Student record administration, i.e. issuing letter of enrollment and school reports;
根据家长申请，开具在学证明及成绩单；
6, Provide administrative support including general communications, managing multiple office calendars, scheduling meetings, reporting data. 行政事务
7, to coordinate school activities；
协调各种学校活动
8, Assist with all other admissions and enrollment functions as required and where applicable. 协助招生及注册事宜.

Welcome to HQIS

HQIS first opened its doors as an international school in 1997 in the Shanghai Zoo with just 2 classes and 18 students.

Since then, the student population has increased and the physical facilities have expanded such that HQIS-RBIS has been at a full capacity of 400 students since 2010.
Today, HQIS is now celebrating its move to a new purpose-built campus in the Gubei are of shanghai with more plans for growth.

HQIS continues to evolve. For almost two decades, the early childhood program has been a hallmark of international education for students in the city. HQIS will graduate its first high school class in the year 2020.
