职位描述：

Key Duties:
-Manage the subcontractor and acquire backup subcontractor to ensure the operation KPI.
-Manage own trucks, Optimize the local delivery routings to ensure trucks full utilization.
-Work out loading plan and shuttle schedule to fulfill business requirements
-Monitor inbound & outbound cargos and operation activities.
-Attend review meeting with both our drivers and carriers.
-Coordinate internally to improve KPI performance.

Requirment:
-College degree or above
-More than 2 years work in logistics operation and familiar with transportation operation and price.
-Be able to read and write in English.
