1、根据公司及客户的要求寻找相应的辅料；
1、根据公司及客户的要求寻找相应的辅料；
2、进行有创新的辅料开发，对辅料成本和样品进度进行管控；
3、不断开发优质辅料供应商，并对其资质和能力进行综合评估，提升合格供应商的稳定性和融洽度，使辅料供应工作有序开展；
4、了解市场各品种辅料供应商分布情况，熟悉采购渠道，有广泛的辅料供应商资源，能跟进辅料的生产，控制辅料的质量和交期；
5、协调处理辅料质量问题。
任职要求：
1、热爱服装辅料开发工作，对辅料市场有敏锐的嗅觉，能向公司及客户进行辅料的推荐；
2、有良好的人际关系和沟通能力，工作主动细心，有责任心；
3、能承受工作压力并吃苦耐劳；
4、有5年以上辅料开发工作经验，能适应出差。
