职位描述：
Responsibilities :

？ Ensure the smooth HR administration services are provided, e.g. assignment administration and management, Talent admin, on boarding and exit process and performance management, etc.
？ Support senior recruitment through participating in daily recruitment activities, e.g. candidate search and recruitment events if any.
？ Analyze HR management statistics, including headcount, staff information, turnover, staff cost, etc.
？ Provide expertise in employee relations.
？ Ensure the HR information integrity and comply with internal operational requirement.
？ Assist to implement ad hoc HR projects (including new business expansion) driven from HK/ SG and China Head Office.
？ Recommend changes or innovations where desirable to improve internal work efficiency.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or psychology.
？ Relevant experience in a financial institution; among which at 5 years in HR position or solid HR experience in Multinational Corporation or dynamic organization.
？ Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
？ Good Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
