职位描述：
1、工作职责：描述工作任务及职责。从整体到局部，主要到次要，高频到低频。
Responsibilities：Describe the work tasks and responsibilities. From the overall to local, primary to secondary, high frequency to low frequency.
  -与下游技术流程中所涉及的业务和其他活动发展良好的关系;为全球IT、本地IT、业务单元和第三个供应商之间的关系进行协作。
  -与用户和项目团队一起理解项目范围、需求、部署，以及变更影响，并引入新的流程和控制。
  -与业务功能相关的合作伙伴定义、确定、分析、记录和沟通项目的目标、业务需求和优先级，以及变更请求。
  -收集需求，跟踪并监督选择合适的解决方案。确保IT需求和改进请求是面向业务目标的，并包含IT解决方案提供者的所有必要信息，确保变更的影响得到组织中其他成员的理解和认可。
  -与业务用户和成员进行交互，以研究业务操作，并确定可能改进或可能出现的问题以及改进操作。
  -与外部和内部合作伙伴协作解决跨职能问题。
- Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes; collaborate for the relationship between global IT, local IT, business units and 3rd vendors.
- Engage with business users and project teams in comprehending project scope, requirements, deployment, also change impact assessed and introduced with new processes and controls.
- Partners with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for Project and Change Requests.
- Either lead or work as part of a team to gather requirements, follows up and supervises the selection of appropriate solutions. Ensures that IT demand and improvement requests are business objective oriented and contain all necessary information for IT solution providers, ensures that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
- Interface with business users and various members to study business operations and identify areas of potential improvement or possible problems and document requirements for improving operations.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to resolve cross-function issues.

  -至少有5年的企业IT实践和管理相关经验。
  -具有优秀的协调能力，适应能力强，能适应能力高强度的业务和IT挑战。
  -有良好的管理沟通的能力。
  -能够详细理解业务流程和业务问题。
  -要求高水平的英语技能，无论是口头的还是书面的。
  -高度组织化并且能够同时管理多个的项目。
  -全日制本科以上学历，信息技术、商业或相关学科。
  -对SAP/CRM/SRM/HCM/GRC/MDG模块中都有相关了解，对FMCG行业有了解的优先考虑。
- Minimum 5 Years in enterprise IT practice and management role.
- Significant coordination expertise, resilient and adaptable facing business and IT challenges.
- Strong ability to communicate with all management levels
- Ability to understand detailed business processes and business issues.
- High Standard English skills are required, both orally and written.
- Highly organized and able to manage several simultaneous projects and issues.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
- Strong SAP/CRM/SRM/HCM/GRC/MDG Know-How in all modules, knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
