职位描述：
Job duties

    ？ Support associates to feed data into database, such as testing data, sample approval status as well as factory audit records;
？ Review samples from suppliers and work together with colleagues for approval, communication with suppliers on workmanship improvement;
？ Support associates to maintain the suppliers profile in system;
？ Collect required certificates from suppliers and upload to SharePoint periodically;
？ Support team leader on data analysis and reporting;
？ Manage samples in/ out, track the use of metal locks;
？ Manage the warehouse for office kept samples;
？ Perform basic fabric physical testing in house if needed

Quality required
？ Be patient and a quick learner;
？ Know well about data processing in Excel, using PivotTable if needed;
？ Know how to judge the quality of home textiles, especially the basic knowledge about fabric, sewing, measurement;
？ Willing to collaborate with others for a project, quick response to assigned task;
？ Can travel to factory 1 day/ week if needed;
