职位描述：
To provide IT services to internal users and clients

? Identifies and initiates resolutions to user problems and concerns associated with Windows/Mac desktops, laptops.
? Provide PC/Mac standard and business software support
? Manage file and data access for users.
? Provide IT resources/policies/tools/software training to end users to improve productivity.
? Accurately logs problems and their associated resolutions into the standardized help desk application (ServiceNow).
? Maintain network Infrastructure and Information Systems standards in a consistent way.
? Ensure that Virus Protection and Patch Management is maintained.
? Ensure that accurate documentation, asset management and software licensing is provided across their site(s).
? Assists with the planning, purchasing and implementation of PC hardware and software in compliance standard policies and procedures.
? Assists with remote problem resolution for off-site users as required.
? Ensures a high level of client satisfaction and service level agreements are achieved to the best of their ability.
? Assists with the management of projects on site as required.
? Provide mobile software support
? Provide video conference, meeting room, projector support.

Requirements:
? A minimum bachelor degree
? Above 3 years working experience in IT user support and system support.
? Solid experience with the usage of Windows10/7 and Mac system.
? Be familiar with ITIL process.
? Knowledge on network and server. E.g., AD, DHCP, DNS and NTFS files system.
? Responsible for work assigned, good communication skill, and have strong team work spirit.
? Have active work attitude, be honest and hard working.
? Highly prefer MCITP, ITIL Foundation and CCNA.
? Fluent in verbal and written English
