职位描述：
Job purpose summary:
Support Operational Risk Manager to identify the operational risks on all activities and processes. And set up controls to mitigate the risks, coordinate internal audits.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
? Support Operational Risk Manager to carry out the establishment of operational risk management (annual risk mapping, monthly KPI collection and quarterly loss data/fraud case collection).
? Report and manage the incidents. Organize and set up action plan to mitigate the risks.
? Work with each department in order to have a policy or written internal rules for their complete activity.
? On time OR reporting delivery: monthly incident report, permanent control report.
? Support Operational Risk Manager to coordinate the preparation work for shareholder audit campaigns/missions.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in business, finance or relevant subjects.
? Working experience in a foreign company is a plus
? Experience of operational risk control and audit.

Personal Attributes:
? Accurate, logical, efficient, and responsible.
? Sense of confidentiality, quality and detail oriented.
? Self-motivated, easy to communicate.
? Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced working environment
? Good user of the pack office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
? Good command of English is a must. Good communication skills in Chinese.
? French is a plus.
