职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Update Master Plans on a regular basis
定期更新市场预算
2. Prepare implementational buying briefs (with approval from direct supervisors) and ensure buying and TP are clearly briefed
购买下单执行（经过上级批准）确保购买部门及策略购买部门清楚下单的内容
3. Efficiently manage the approval process of the plans
有效地控制与批准策划过程
4. Initiatives to conduct evaluation on media opportunities
主动对媒体机会做出评价
5. Prepare competitive analysis
准备对竞品的分析报告
6. Monitor results achieved (e.g. GRP, Reach & Frequency, etc) vs planned objectives with support from Supervisor
根据策划目标监控数据结果
7. Ensure all agreed reports are provided as scheduled
确保所有报告符合预定结果
8. Quality check spot plans
高质量核对投放排期
9. Whenever possible clear communication with junior clients on implementation (with direct supervisors’ nowledge)
  在主管指导下适时与客户相关初级人员沟通执行过程

HIRING REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
1. University graduate，having 4A relevant experience is a plus 本科及以上应届生，有4A相关经验优先
2. Good command of English or Japanese is a plus 英语或日语良好者优先
3. Computer literate with good mastery of office applications 计算机操作能力强，Office 操作熟练
4. Good knowledge of basic CMMS functions CMMS 操作熟练
5. An active team player with good knowledge of the China media environment 积极主动，熟悉中国媒体环境
