Today, it is leading the industry with the development and testing of the PurePower® family of engines and patented Geared Turbofan? engine technology. Singapore is currently home to Pratt & Whitney’s most comprehensive aftermarket presence in a single location outside the U.S. Over 30 years, the company has been actively expanding in this city-state and region. It operates businesses in Singapore, providing aircraft engines and parts repair and overhaul, as well as R&D services and parts supplies. Complementing its MRO and engineering centers of excellence in the region, Pratt & Whitney broke ground in 2013 for a new manufacturing facility at the Seletar Aerospace Park. With construction scheduled to complete in 2014, the production facility will be Pratt & Whitney's first Asian facility to manufacture components for the PurePower® engines.
Incumbent to this position is responsible for all local aspects of the Pratt & Whitney global business application, e.g., SAP & Solumina (e.g.,shop floor & MES) support and liaise with users/vendor on infrastructure related activities. For business application activities, he/she will need to facilitate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation of requirements specification, testing of enhancements or changes and conduct training if necessary. In addition, he/she needs to have strong project management and communication skills to oversee and monitor progress of the projects.
Responsibilities:
? This is a position that requires understanding of business process and preferably with relevant ERP implementation experiences e.g., SAP MM, SD and Production/shop floor systems business analysis experiences
? Should have system life cycle skills as well as to communicate effectively with diverse groups of users
? Interact with project resources at UTC and outsourced partner in Shanghai to manage infrastructure related activities
? Organize and participate in project meetings, providing status of action items.
? Define project plan that outlines key deliverables, delivery dates, estimated time to complete, required inputs and risks. As well as to track project status against defined deliverable dates
? Facilitate and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with the local key user groups and to review the current business process to propose changes as deemed necessary
? Document process flow, functional requirements and change requests
? Work with key user to develop detailed test plan for unit, integration, data conversion, and acceptance testing.
? Document IT procedures and participate in IT audit
? Develop/troubleshoot customized applications where deemed necessary
? IT support reports analysis
? IT requirement monitoring
? Supplier management for billing, contract and negotiation

Requirements:
? Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or related fields
? MS SQL Access or other development tools skills
? 4 years of minimum ERP, e.g. Baan, Oracle, but SAP as preference implementation/ IT management experience
? Experience in supporting ERP, e.g., SAP Finance, Sales, Production Planning or Purchasing
? Experience in liaising with third party vendor on infrastructure, network and desktop support

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
