职位描述：
Qualification:

1. Achieve assigned annual sales target by following company’s sales policy
2. Develop distribution network to extend after market business. (especially in Construction/Agriculture.)
3. Identify new sales opportunities and lead other function to acquire new business.
4. Provide timely sales forecast to support sales and production planning.
5. Support marketing activities such as market analysis, competitors info., trade show, etc.

Professional Competence:
1. Rich knowledge of hydraulic/lubrication system in Construction/Agriculture;
2. At least 3 years sales experience in Construction/Agriculture industry, famous filtration company experience is plus.
3. Successful record on channel development and management;
4. Excellent business intelligence & analysis skill.

Personnel Competence:
1. A bachelor degree or above in engineering or related field.
2. Good English skills in reading and writing.
3. Good presentation and communication skill.
4. Result-orientated working style.
5. Frequent travelling is required.

Working location in Fengxian, District, Shanghai.
