职位描述：
1.根据公司产品、价格及市场策略，独立处置产品咨询、询价、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜。
2.与客户保持良好的沟通，实时把握客户需求，为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到、专业的服务。
3.做好客户资料的收集、整理、更新工作，对客户资料进行科学管理。
4.做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理等相关工作，以及协调处理售前、售中、售后等问题。
5.调查、跟踪、分析客户需求，及时有效地提供客户服务。
6.组织作好客户信息反馈和传递工作，妥善处理客户的意见和建议。

任职要求：
1.本科学历或以上。
2.能熟练运用英语作业作为工作语言。
3.对汽车结构或汽车行业有基本了解。
4.具有良好的沟通能力。
5.能适应出差。

1. According to the company's products, price and market strategy, independent disposal of product consultation, inquiry, quotation, contract terms negotiation and contract signing.
2. Maintain good communication with customers, and ensure the customers' demands in real time and provide customers with active, enthusiastic, satisfying, thoughtful and professional services.
3. Collect, organize and update customer data, and conduct scientific management of customer data.
4. Make good sales contract signing, performance and management related work, as well as coordinating and handling issues such as pre-sales, sales and after-sales.
5. Investigate, track and analyze customer needs, and timely and effectively provide customer service.
6. Organize the feedback and delivery of customer information and properly handle customers' opinions and Suggestions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient in English operation as working language.
3. Basic knowledge of automobile structure or automobile industry.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Able to travel.
