1. Manage social media platform to create and grow online communities’ remembers.
2. Write highly creative and engaging contents for WeChat, Weibo Q&A, BBS/forums, and other user generated platforms.
3. Track user generated mentions online, analyse and convert them to actionable and measurable results to meet sales target.
4. Conduct market-watch for Social Media Best Practices of travel industry.
5. To assist Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing plan, including product development plan, marketing communication strategy, online strategy, promotion plan, etc.;
6. To provide the valuable recommendations on the attraction existing journey to further improve each touch point’s experience of the visitors; make this experience more relevant to the positioned brand essence;
7. To develop the online marketing plan to increase the pre-booking volume and conversion rate , including official website development, affiliate marketing, 3rd party promotions;
8. To get involved in PR plan developing, PR on-site releasing, PR events, etc.
9. To take the ownership for launching co-brand/promotion plan development, and actively to explore new online/offline partners to optimize the plan;
