Responsibility/Duty
1. Drive employee engagement and company activities through an ongoing dialogue with employees about culture, values, etc.
2. Continue to support the corporate communication team to evolve the functionality and content of the intranet to engage employees.
3. Internal E-newsletter edit and delivery
4. Responsible for annual dinner organization, monthly birthday party, as well as some other employee activities
5. Serve in branding & marketing communication support, from a corporate communication perspective to build relationships, reputation and brand, help business meet the goals.
6. Efficiently provide support/sharing/guidance to other locations for their day to day activities
7. Other related communication works
Requirements
1. College above, Bachelor degree preferable
2. At least two years solid experience in communications area, working experience in multi-national company and overseas experience is preferred
3. Excellent communications and copywriting skills in both Chinese and English
4. Strong organizational and project management skills
5. Knowledge on applying communications technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness of communications
