The Role encompasses the following Responsibilities:
Engine calibration:
- Engine performance requirements definition
- Accountable for delivery of engine calibrations
- Engine performance validation in real world customer applications
- Detailed analysis the test data
- Presentation of experimental results in report
- Provide guidance and training for engine installation, test bed set-up and development experiments

Vehicle calibration:
- Calibrate engine& vehicle emission behavior to meet program target emission standard whist satisfying other vehicle attribute targets such as combustion noise, driveability and performance
- Calibrate power-train as well as conduct testing for environmental conditions including hot, cold and high altitude operations in Real world and Environmental Laboratory
- Assist in vehicle/power-train problem identification and resolution. Coordinate calibration communication, processes and procedures
- Integrate vehicle driveability and calibrate dynamic performance to program objectives

The ideal candidate:
? Significant experience of engine dyno calibration mainly in test-bed
? More than 5+ years calibration experience of engine or vehicle calibration
? Familiar with gasoline engine and associated systems (cooling, lubrication, fuel, valve train, piston and liner interface)
? Good knowledge of combustion development and performance / emission calibration
? Good knowledge of basic engine mechanical knowledge
? Experienced in use of real-time calibration tools like INCA etc.
? Proficient in English and Mandarin languages (written and spoken) for project and technical communication
? Willing to travel both in china and aboard

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree above, major in Combustion engineering or related
? Good understanding of Engine engineering, Engine Management System experience and test experience on engine dyno is prefer
? Good social skills (team skills, open minded, open for contacts)
? Good Intercultural concept and willing to work in international team
? Good English language skills
? Driving license is prefer
