Responsibilities:

1.Evaluate plant needs for inspection and data collection
2.Assure that manufacturing facilities are capable of meeting specifications
3.Work with the plant customer service leader to enhance procedures
4.Assist in Quality Training
5.Conduct Quality Audits
6.Verify that quality systems have been implemented and maintained by.
a) Organizing routine visits to the plants to participate in major initiatives, look at operations and understand issues
b) Reviewing root cause corrective action documents and LSS projects and provide guidance
c) Participating in regional operations quality meetings to understand regional and global direction
d) Participating in various audits.
7. To ensure that best practices formalized in regional and global procedures are being used consistently to assure that the best product quality is being produced.
8.Communicate operations quality issues to peers, regional manufacturing and quality personnel by identifying:
a) high risk situations
b) Opportunities for significant improvement
c) Needs for capital or other support to mitigate risk; To enhance the reaction time and prevent costs and customer dissatisfaction.
9.Ensure consistency of customer complaint system and feedback programs.
10.Assure that O-I in capable of meeting customer requirement in contracts.
11.Lead continuous improvement programs
12.Develop and understanding of the customers' expectations and requirements, ensure that our responses are appropriate and that we are not committing to more than we are capable of by participating in customer audits.
13.Work with customers on a routine basis to deal with routine multi-plant issues and initiatives through continue phone conversation and meetings, participating in audits and contract reviews.
14.Work with customer to agree on container quality specifications and limit samples to be used throughout the region by reviewing capability data and negotiating/justifying need vs wants
15.Link investigations of quality issues with potential actions to be implemented either at the customer or in our plants.
16.Co-ordinate the activities of the Area Packaging Quality Service personnel by:
a) Assuring consistency in customer support during audits, projects, specification development, handling of problems and development of limit samples or other agreements.
b) Providing customer support during special initiatives including customer line audits, filling line equipment capability and customer training on defect identification.
c) Collecting data on performance of O-I containers for customer satisfaction and performance databases.

Requirements:
1. Eight year+ QA/AC experience
2. Good command in English
3. Team work spirit, strong communication ability
