职位描述：

1.新产品试漆:保证新产品能在客户处顺利进行和完成零件喷涂。

New product trial:to make sure that new product can be used and sprayed on the parts without any problem.

2.常规维护:时刻了解关注客户现场使用本公司涂料的情况。

Routine maintenance:constantly pay attention to the use of paint on customer’s site.

3.投诉应急处理:及时、准确、有效地完成客户现场的突发情况（颜色、性能、外观等情况）。

Emergency treatment of complaints : to deal with the sudden situation of paint on customer’s site(such as color,performance ,appearance)

4.协调本公司油漆后续改进工作（如配方、TDS、标准板等）。

To coordinate the follow-up improvements for our paints after technical service(such as formula,TDS and standard sample)

Technical Service

5.办公室，实验室及喷房5“S”管理

5S management of office, Lab, and spraying room.

6.实行不定时工作制

Flexible working time

7.按照TS和环境管理体系要求的相关规定操作；

To carry out the rules in the TS and environmental system

8.上级安排的其他任务

Other tasks arranged by the leader

Qualifications and Requirements:

1、大专， 高分子材料或相关化学化工专业

College, polymer science or relative Chemistry major

2、 一年以上涂料行业相关经验

At least 1 years’ work experience in paint industry

3、现场颜色外观调整，并能给出对喷涂线的参数调整建议

Adjust the color on site and provide suggestions for the technical parameter of spraying

4、 沟通能力强，团队精神强

Good communication skill, team spirit

5、基本的英文听说读写能力，CET4

Basic spoken and writing English abilities，CET4.

注：该岗位最终工作地点在湖北，前期会在上海进行培训
