职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Generating application-specific reference designs and demos for key customers with revenue-driven target
Generating reference designs and demos for broad market based on marketing/field feedback and company strategies
Be the domain expertise on selective areas, like high-speed design, computing & communication, industrial control, etc, provide targeted domain technical support to Lattice field team, and worldwide customers
Participate in the full lifecycle of new product definition & development from the Apps point of view, and generate datasheet, user guide and other technical collateral in English to support customers
Working closely with R&D team to collect customer’s feedback on our products and provide constructive suggestion on future product definition
Train FAEs and provide on-site support for mission critical customers

Qualifications:
BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, Communication, Industrial Control, or relevant major
BS 7+ or MS 5+ years' experience in digital logic design and debugging with FPGA/ASIC
Proven experience in the complete FPGA/ASIC design flow and HDL (VHDL or Verilog)
Experience with FPGA application on Communication, Computing, Industrial, Automotive area
Hands-on FPGA/ASIC development experience with established company in tele/data communication industry highly desirable
Experience in high-speed SERDES related application, like PCIe, CPRI, SGMII, is preferred
Experience in system level implementation is preferred
Experience with CAD tools (Synplicity, Aldec, Modelsim, NC-Verilog, etc)
Good command in English (listening, writing and speaking)
Talent, very careful and detail working habit and follow the instruction
Good team player and great sense of customer supporting
