职位描述：
Qualifications
1.Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
2.Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position.
3.Familiar with PPAP file, having experience in automotive project is advantage.
4.Strong fastener/C-part knowledge & background is preferred.
5.Knowledgable on Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, QS9000 or TS16949, etc.
6.It is best to have good knowledge of problem solving tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, etc.

Responsibility
1.Join customer visit with sales team to identify customer’s technical requirement.
2.Interpret Technical information to sourcing when receive RFQ from customer.
3.Be responsible for review customer drawing&Spec and support during sample process.
4.To Support communication with supplier and customer for technical discusstion.
5.Conduct regular meetings with sales team and track project progress.
6.Support customer service team to register new P/Ns in ADS system till approval.
7.Review & Approve sample report from supplier on system.
8.Prepare and submit documentary report for new sample as customer requirement till complete.
9.To act as technical resource to others during the business development.
10.Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
11.Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
12.Develop training packages and materials, conduct technical seminar /training to customers and internal teams.
13.Provide support to customer complain if technical/application issue.
14.To establish good relationship with customers and provide professional assistance on product application.
15.Frequent travelling in China region.
16.Other tasks assigned by company /manager.
17.If required, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects

2.Good command of English in both writing and oral. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
3.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
4.Be able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.
