工作职责：
了解，分析和搜集客户业务／技术需求
负责撰写系统设计文案
负责与客户沟通和配合客户有关NetSuite系统的功能设置
建立良好的客户关系
利用系统化的合理的项目实施方案保证项目顺利完成
协助销售团队的项目售前工作以及相关销售活动


任职资格：
在贸易商务，计算机，信息工程或其他相关专业获得学士学位
良好的数据分析，问题解决和快速学习的能力
以成功完成项目为目标和宗旨完成相关所需工作
工作中注重细节
对工作认真负责，对企业忠诚可靠
在工作中具备良好的独立性和预见性，工作态度积极
良好的人际交往和沟通能力

优选条件：
熟悉，了解业务知识，以及相关的业务流程（如财务流程，销售流程，采购流程，物流流程以及制造流程）
ERP/CRM系统实施经验
了解编程程序逻辑
良好的英文及普通话的口语表达和读写能力

Job Responsibilities:
Gather customer business/ technical requirements through interview and analysis
Produce system design documents
Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their NetSuite system
Build successful customer relationships
Utilize a structured project delivery methodology to deliver successful projects
Assist in Pre-sales activities

Necessary Requirements:
Have bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Information systems, Science or other related disciplines
Have good analytical and problem solving skills, quick learner
Result driven- willing to do what it takes to make each project a success
Detail oriented
Responsible and reliable
Independent and proactive
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Skills:
Good business knowledge- familiar with common business processes (Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing)
Previous experience of implementing ERP/ CRM system
Familiar with programming logic
Good English and Mandarin both in oral and written
