You will be taking care of our customers' enquiries for information and provide clear and accurate advice
You will centralise issues brought up by our customers, will analyse the processes and procedures and will make proposals aiming to improve them.
You will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team who provides an exceptional service.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate must have:
Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency
2 Years experience as a customer service consultant
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact in a professional way with various stakeholders
Passion for delivering exceptional service
Problem solving and decision making skills, proactive and a good team player
Ability to work with autonomy
Organisational skills and respect for deadlines
