MAIN TASKS:？
-Manage compliance training for new suppliers and factories
-Conduct unannounced compliance audits mainly in China and also overseas if needed
-Prepare accurate and consistent on-site corrective action plan and audit reports
-Review audit reports from 3rd party monitoring firms (including but not limited to TUV, SGS, ITS, Disney, BSCI, WRAP, Better Works)
-Manage suppliers’ compliance performance and factories’ corrective action plans
-Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers regarding compliance issues
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and conduct regular meetings with merchandising team
-Maintain and update records for compliance program
-Assist in the compliance projects implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate with minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Sound knowledge of labour and environmental law in China
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to drive results
- High ethical standards
- Good interpersonal, organisational and coordinating skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- High proficiency in written/spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- A team player
