Job Duties
? Provide QA support for the Global Wholesale business by working with 3rd parties to deliver on mandatory and desired regulatory across multiple geographies.
? Research and inform operations team the mandatory safety/performance/labelling requirements by geography
? Standardize and harmonize quality processes to ensure consistency and good communications to internal and external customers when dealing with multiple customer and geographies.
? Review quality data on a regular basis and provide recommendations to Kmart core QA and QC to follow up with factories / vendors. Prepare monthly statistical summary to Leadership to drive for continuous quality improvement.
? Work closely with and effectively with the Kmart QC to arrange inspection to monitor shipping .

Requirements
? 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality/ or 3rd pary lab Management
? Technical knowledge across a broad range of general merchandises
? Specific experience in factory manufacturing practices, quality processes and controls
? Experiences to work with 3rd party lab to arrange testing of different countries.
? Basic understanding on the inspection process
? Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion
? Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
? Previous experiences working in Quality or Compliance roles for products sold in different countries would be highly regarded
? Excellent communications skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and influence management level in Australia
? Able to work autonomously whilst also excelling in cross-department collaboration
