工作内容:
Job Summary and Mission ：
This job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring that the logistics service providers are in compliance with pre-defined SOP and KPIs to ensure store will receive the right products at the right time. Ensures MBU supply chain’s requests will be addressed and resolved, and escalate to regional supply chain team for resolution if appropriate. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Responsibilities：
1. Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability
2. Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
3. Monitors 3PL performance and executes immediate remedial actions
4. Provides support for multiple customer groups inside and outside of SCO

职位要求:
Summary of Experience ：
1. At least 5 years food company and food service company distribution, either technical or operational
2. At least 3 years project management, have an intimate knowledge of order management systems and customer service
