TZG（高瞻资本）招聘行政前台兼人力资源助理（实习生），岗位定员1人，实习期表现突出可考虑全职机会

工作职责：
前台：
1、负责来访客人接待、餐位预订、会议室预定及机票、酒店的预定；
2、负责或协助文件复印、打印、传真、扫描，同时负责相应办公设备的维护、维修与报废与固定资产的整合；
3、负责办公用品及日用品的采购、分配和管理及快递的签发与结算；
行政：
1、协助完成团队活动策划与组织；
2、协助办理外籍人士外国人就业证、签证居留许可、外地人居住证积分等办理流程；
3、协助处理老板私人事务（如名片录入、购买车险、车辆违章处理等）
4、协助解决项目突发问题：办公场地、店铺的寻找与询价、递交文件与材料、阶段性填补项目人员空缺、适时参与项目市场活动等。
协助人力资源：
1、负责考勤及年休假管理与统计；
2、协助企业及旗下项目公司招工、社保网上办理流程及柜面材料提交；
3、协助完成招聘流程：如职位发布、简历筛选、邀约面试；
4、协助完成新员工入职流程：办公位办公用品的安排、指纹的录入、门禁卡的发放、名片印制、通讯录及员工名册更新。

任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，英语六级级，(如英语口语及书面熟练，英语四级也可）；
2、 形象气质佳，声音甜美，熟悉基本商务礼仪的规范标准；
3、 有强烈的责任心，善于学习，性格开朗乐观；
4、 工作认真负责、善于与人沟通、具有较强的应变能力与服务意识。
