职位描述：
Primary Purpose:
This role is to enhance the supporting to China manufacturing, lead improvement with cost analysis, inventory accuracy management, accounts payable risk control, standardize and write procedure of the above aspects.

Key responsibilities:
? Regular maintain standard cost and prepare cost roll up report.
? Maintain new standard cost and profitability forecast by products.
? Prepare monthly variance analysis of standard cost report for management review.
? Support on inventory physical stock counting for variance locations and investigate root cause of physical gain/loss.
? Daily inventory transactions booking and posting in ERP.
? Quarterly inventory provision review.
? Prepare monthly inventory management report for month closing.
? Daily supplier invoice matching and posting in ERP.
? Supplier overdue payment checking (including domestic and oversea), and bank payment posting in ERP.
? Monthly intercompany AP reconciliation.
? Monthly AP and inventory accounts review, reconciliation and FX revaluation.
? Make change and innovation on job to improve the performance
? Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Key Capabilities and Requirements
? Financial/Accounting Bachelor degree and above.
? Minimum 3 years working experience in costing and accounting.
? Problem solving skills.
? Good understanding of finance/accounting principle
? Able to work independently and good communication skill
? Attentive, diligent, proactive and result-oriented team player
? High standards of personal integrity
? Quick leaner and keen to learn
? Willing to rotate for different accounting roles
? Good at both oral and written English
? Good skill at Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
? Sufficient ERP use experience

Key Performance Indicators:
? Accuracy and timeliness of costing and AP process
? Level of outstanding payables , inventory, provision and write-offs
