ASSIGNMENTS(Job specific key tasks and responsibilities)
? Identify and propose process/sub processes design- and direction of improvement initiatives and prepare basis for decision.
? Gather, understand and analyse business benefit of identified process improvement potentials.
? Secure implementation and establishment of the process including identifying competence development needs.
? Lead, support or facilitate the implementation of way of working with process oriented business development in IKEA Components P&D.
? Lead, manage and/or support process improvement projects (incl. IT tools). Interact with related functions and matrixes in the development of the solution.
? Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development toward other connected processes.
? Contribute to improve, develop & keep process documentation up to date according to defined framework, (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, and measurement specifications and learning material).
? Secure follow up of process performance according to set KPI's.
? Measure process maturity & compliance according to set methodology
? Contribute in the creation of competence profiles, capabilities and development needs in core roles of the process.
? Participate in external networks for benchmarking and enhance knowledge in appointed processes
