职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quality deliverables of prototype sample within Cooper Standard quality system (Control Plans / parts inspection reports / gauge approvals / MSA / issue tracking & resolution / trial builds data capture etc.) during prototype sample production phase in COC sealing prototype center.
2. Control prototype samples quality, prepare and follow up on quality report, quality issue tracker etc.
3. Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are properly addressed by using Cooper Standard problem solving methods (8D Report, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.) & prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions.
4. Reporting & escalating deliverables which are behind schedule or are at risk of being not completed in time.
5. Assure that all Quality activities are performed according BOS-, TS 16 949-, ISO 9000 standards and specific customer requirements.
6. Support production trouble-shooting and other work that requires quality involvement.

Requirements:
1. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
2. Hands on experience of constructing control plans, PFMEA, managing trial build quality, defining inspection criteria etc.
3. Be familiar with quality system TS16949, internal auditor certificate is preferred.
4. Be familiar with basic quality control measurement instruments.
5. Be familiar with Gage design/Gage qualification.
6. English communication skill (good reading & writing, basic listening & speaking).
7. Good skill in problem resolution methods, like 5why, Ishikawa, G8D etc.
8. Good communication skill.
9. Independently work ability.
10. Good leadership ability.
11. Basic supplier management skill.
