职位描述：

1． 对外焊工考试及证书更新（GB证书，与地方考委会联系，EN证书与NB机构协作）；
2． 焊材规范使用中Per-use Testing的准备和委托；
3． 需要熟悉NB/T47014 和NB/T47015、ＡＳＭＥ第九卷、AWSD1.1、1.6 、ISO15614 等相应焊接规范。

负责编制必须的焊接工艺 及热处理工艺规程。(新人可能做不到，目前只能维持现有的工艺)
负责焊接工艺（WPS PQR ）和监督和管理，以及焊材的规范使用。
负责日常的焊接规程评定，焊工培训 ，焊接工艺纪律的管理 ，焊工资格证的延续 及焊机操作工的评定记录。
负责每月的焊工合格率统计及奖惩执行。

 due to the requirement of company development, yanda (haimen) heavy equipment manufacturing co., ltd. is established in 2011 and started to construction in dongzhaogang town, haimen city, jiangsu province. the driving hour will be 1.5h after the chongming-qidong bridge finished on the end of this year. the transportation is very convenient. the area of the first phase of yanda (haimen) is 500,000 m2. the area of shop is over 100,000 m2. the shop will put into use on dec. 2011. it’s will have around 3000 employees and revenue around rmb 1.5 billion. the main products will be modularization fabrication to air separation equipment, chemical equipment, petro-chemical equipment. some other product will be piping, pressure vessel, steel structure, etc. the local government have reserve 400, 000 m2 ground for yanda. we will construct shop on it once the chance is come. the employee will have huge development in yanda. now we honestly invite those talents of commercial, technique, quality, purchase, material management, manufacturing management, admin and human resource ,hse, financial to join us!
由于公司发展需要，燕达（海门）重型装备制造有限公司于2011年开始在江苏省海门市东灶港镇建设。今年年底崇启大桥通车后，到上海车程1.5小时，交通方便。燕达（海门）一期工程占地50万平方米（约800亩），厂房面积超过10万平方米。。计划于2011年12月投产。全部投产后员工近3000人，产值预计15亿人民币。以空气分离，化工，石化设备的模块化制造为主要方向，同时进行管道预制、压力容器、钢结构制造等。公司边上另有600亩土地，当地政府已为燕达保留，公司将择机开发建设。员工在公司将有巨大的发展空间。诚邀商务、技术、质量、采购、物质管理、生产管理、行致人事、安全、财务等各类人才加入我公司。
