职位描述：
General duties:
1.Manage functions in order to achieve set budgetary targets and to stay within given cost limits
2.Lead and develop assigned personnel
3.Ensure high productivity and efficiency through continuous improvements
4.Support a high level of cooperation between all involved parties, internal and external
5.Cultivate a management style which regards all employees as partners in a team
6.Create a distinctive Corporate Identity through corresponding personal behavior.

Specific duties:
1.Availability of material (finished goods)
2.Inventory control (finished goods)
3.Active cash flow support due to providing a payment collection forecast
4.Prevention of financial damages
5.Review QSF 3
6.Maintain customer contacts and provide status reports to customers
7.Planning and scheduling sales orders
8.Provide all information for order processing
9.Ensure correct and complete data in the information systems
10.Maintain correct and complete master data
11.Provide implementation of proper operational controls and procedures
12.Be a catalyst for change and continuously challenge the existing processes for purpose, effectiveness, and efficiency (company wide)
13.Organize order projects (e.g. kick off, reviews …)
14.Margin analysis (post calculation) for complete projects

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and Logistics related major will be preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years contract administer or project management related working experience in multi-national manufacturing or engineering company and al least 2 years as supervisor.
3.Technical background of mechanical products and import/export knowledge would be very helpful.
4.Excellent command of English and communication skill.
5.Good computer skills, MS Office. Familiar with SAP or ERP system.
